Admin

The Admin section is for manufacturers and distributors who sell through a network of dealers. It lets you give every dealer their own CPQ3D account — with your 3D configurator already set up and branded — so they can start generating quote requests immediately.

Why manufacturers use CPQ3D

When you sell through dealers, getting 3D product configuration onto every dealer's website is hard. Each dealer has a different website, different technical knowledge, and different levels of motivation to add new tools.

CPQ3D solves this by letting you — the manufacturer — set up the 3D configurator once, with your products and branding, and then distribute it to every dealer with a single invite link. Each dealer gets:

• Their own CPQ3D account, pre-configured with your products
• A unique embed code tied to their website — their quote requests go only to them
• A branded 3D configurator that matches your product range exactly
• Automatic updates when you change your product line or options

You get full visibility across the entire network: how many dealers are active, how many quote requests each dealer is generating, and which products are most popular across your network.

How it works — organizations

In CPQ3D, an organization is a group of dealerships that share the same 3D configurator and brand. You (the manufacturer or distributor) are the Org Admin. Each dealership that joins is a Dealer.

Setup process

• CPQ3D sets up your organization — we create the organization with your brand, logo, and 3D configurator. Contact us to get started.
• You invite dealers — generate invite links for each dealer. They click the link, sign up in minutes, and are automatically added to your organization.
• Dealers get their own dashboard — each dealer sees only their own quote requests. They manage their own account independently.
• You see everything — as Org Admin, you can view all dealers, their activity, and manage the organization.

What dealers experience when they receive an invite

When a dealer clicks their invite link, they land directly on a pre-configured signup form — your organization and configurator are already set up for them. They just enter their company name and email address. Within minutes they have a working CPQ3D account with your product configurator ready to embed on their website.

They don't need to choose a configurator, upload products, or configure anything — it's all inherited from your organization. Their only job is to get the embed code onto their website.

• Invite dealers — generate invite links that automatically assign the dealer to your organization and pre-configure their account with your products
• Manage members — view all dealers in your network, see their activity, and remove or promote members
• View all quote requests — see every request submitted through any dealer's configurator across your entire network
• Edit organization settings — update your organization name, logo, and configuration

Your 3D product configurator

Each organization has one or more 3D configurators assigned to it. A configurator is a fully interactive 3D version of your product range — your specific models, dimensions, colours, and options — built by CPQ3D based on your product specifications.

All dealers in your organization share the same configurator. When a dealer installs the embed code on their website, the configurator that opens is your product range, with your branding. The only thing unique per dealer is the quote request destination — each dealer's requests go only to them.

How dealers access it
